These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Pantum India coupon redemption campaign. The coupon redemption website/platform ("Platform") is managed and administered by Agency, for campaign execution, including customer submission intake, verification workflow, campaign communications, and voucher issuance administration. By submitting purchase information on Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the specific purpose of processing your redemption request, in accordance with terms outlined here.
The coupon redemption program is available to customers who purchase eligible Pantum printer models during the campaign period and submit valid proof of purchase and other required details through the Platform. You confirm that all information submitted is accurate, truthful, and complete. Submissions containing incomplete information, inconsistencies, suspected fraud, duplicate entries, or failed verification checks will be rejected.
To process your coupon redemption, we will collect and store personal data, including but not limited to your name, email address, contact number, printer model, invoice number, and other relevant details. This data will be used exclusively for processing your redemption request, issuing your coupon code, and communicating with you regarding your submission. We will not use your personal data for any other purpose without your explicit consent unless required by law. Your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to complete the redemption process, after which it will be securely deleted. If your data is shared with third parties (such as Agency managing the Platform), these parties will handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Once your redemption request is successfully processed and your purchase verified, Pantum India will issue a coupon code to you. The coupon code is valid for a limited time and must be redeemed before the expiration date specified in the email you receive. If the coupon is not redeemed within the stated period, it will expire, and no replacement will be offered. Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
Coupons are issued for specific printer models and promotional period stated and may not be used in conjunction with other offers unless explicitly stated. Pantum India reserves the right to modify or cancel the coupon offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
Pantum India shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the coupon redemption program or use of the coupon code, except where such liability arises from Pantum India's negligence or failure to comply with data protection laws concerning the use of your personal data.
Pantum India's role is limited to offering the campaign benefit for eligible purchases and providing brand-related information. Pantum India is not responsible for Platform operations, including submission processing, data entry errors by users, etc. The Agency is responsible for managing the Platform and handling the operational processing of the campaign.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, processed, and managed in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable requirements for the Pantum India coupon redemption campaign. The Platform and campaign execution, including data collection, verification processing, communications, and record management, are handled by Leesha Corporate Pvt. Ltd., appointed agency for the campaign.
When you submit a redemption request, the Platform collects personal data required to process your claim. This includes your name, mobile number, email address, printer model, invoice details, serial number (if applicable), city or location, and any supporting documents you upload (such as invoice image/PDF). This data is collected strictly for purposes of campaign administration, including eligibility checks, verification, fraud prevention, communication on submission status, and voucher issuance after verification. By submitting your personal data, you consent to its collection and use as described in this Privacy Policy for the purposes of processing your redemption request.
The Agency applies appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. Personal data is accessed only by authorized personnel involved in campaign administration. Where necessary for campaign delivery, personal data may be shared with service providers engaged for Platform operation (such as hosting, email service providers, SMS/OTP providers) and voucher fulfillment partners. This sharing is strictly limited to what is necessary for campaign execution, such as enabling voucher issuance and communication. All third-party data sharing is conducted under contractual obligations to ensure the protection of your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Personal data is retained only for as long as required for campaign administration, verification, fraud prevention, audits, dispute handling, and compliance requirements. Once the retention period has ended, your data will either be deleted or anonymized as per operational retention practices. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may also raise any queries related to the processing of your personal data by contacting the Agency at support@pantum.in.
